In case of higher correspondent commissions, the difference is collected from the ordering custom er s account. This service is offered due to a common practice in USA, where the American banks collect their fees from the amount of the payment despite the written in the payment order instruction by the ordering customer all expenses to be charged to him. The additional clause guarantees that the full amount of the payment order will be received by the beneficiary. 5. Transfers between accounts of one person regisrated as individual client and accounts registered as a liberal proffesion are not considered transfers between accounts of same titular. 6. Commissions on incoming transfers in foreign currencies are collected from the beneficiary s account only in case the transfer is received with option of charges SHA or BEN. 7. The return of an incoming transfer in foreign currency as per beneficiary s request is considered to be an outgoing customer transfer.
