JOMPAY YEAR-END CAMPAIGN 2018 TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. This JomPAY Year-End Campaign 2018 ( Campaign ) is organized by Citibank Berhad (297089-M) ( Citibank ). The Campaign will run from 5 November 2018 to 31 January 2019 both dates inclusive i.e. Campaign Period. 2. Entry and participation in the Campaign shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by the eligible customers of the Campaign terms and conditions. ELIGIBILITY AND QUALIFYING CRITERIA 3. The eligibility and qualifying criteria are as follows:- The customers must be 18 years of age, residents of Malaysia, holds any valid Citibank Debit and ATM Card or Citibank Credit Card (excluding Ready Credit Visa Debit & ATM Card and Citibusiness cards (business underwriting cards)) ( Citibank Cards ) with valid identification documentation (for example, identity card, passport or business registration or incorporation documents) and fulfill the Campaign terms and conditions ( Participants and each, a Participant ). Participants must successfully perform JomPAY Transaction(s) (one off and/or standing instruction) within the Campaign Period, The Participants accounts with Citibank shall NOT be terminated, suspended, closed, cancelled or dormant within the Campaign Period; The Participant accounts shall NOT be delinquent or unsatisfactorily conducted as determined by the Citibank at its sole and absolute discretion; and (e) Participants who have NOT become insane, declared bankrupt or have legal proceedings of any nature instituted against them. 4. This Campaign is not open to: non-primary holders of Citibank Cards (as defined above) i.e. for Citibank Credit Card-the supplementary card holder or in the case of joint banking account, the non-primary account holder. any Citibank customer whose account is not in good standing, including not being prompt in payment; any person who has committed or suspected to have committed any fraudulent or wrongful acts in relation to his/her Citibank accounts or any facility or service granted by Citibank, including Citibank Online Banking (CBOL) service, accessible via www.citibank.com.my; and/or United States Person or US Person is described as any of the following: i. Any citizen or resident of the United States of America including any person with a United States of America domicile; ii. Any person with a United States of America account mailing address; iii. Any person holding a United States of America Green Card; iv. Any person who meets the substantial presence test, that is one who is present in the United States of America for at least 183 calendar days by counting all the days (at least 31) in the current year, 1/3 of the days in the immediately preceding year, and 1/6 of the days in the second preceding year; v. Any person defined as a US Person for United States of America Tax purposes. Page 1 of 5

CAMPAIGN MECHANICS GRAND PRIZE(S) 5. Participants who have successfully performed JomPAY Transaction (one off or via standing instruction) will be in the running to win one of the Grand Prize(s) as stipulated in Table 1 below. For the avoidance of doubt, Standing Instruction means Participant who perform JomPAY Transaction in Citibank Online Banking or Citi Mobile Banking, set the payee under the Payee List and set subsequent payment for recurrent transactions. Each successful JomPAY Transaction will be given a Grand Prize Contest Entry ( GP Contest Entry ) based on JomPAY transaction payment methods used as follows:- one (1) GP Contest Entry for each JomPAY transaction successfully performed via Citibank Online Banking; three (3) GP Contest Entries for each JomPAY transaction successfully performed via Citi Mobile Banking; and ten (10) GP Contest Entries for each JomPAY transaction performed successfully via Standing Instructions. 7. No separation of bills allowed, for example: one Tenaga Nasional bill but payment is separated in multiple transactions. Eligible GP Contest Entry(ies) will be given based on unique JomPAY payments (one ref-1 code per biller code every month). 8. At the end of the Campaign Period, each GP Contest Entry earned by Participants during the Campaign Period will be given a random serial number and then sorted in ascending numeric value based on this number. After sorting, each GP Contest Entry will be numbered sequentially starting from 01 ( Sequential Number ) for the smallest random serial number. The thirty (30) smallest random serial number starting from 01 will be shortlisted ( Shortlisted Participants or each a Shortlisted Participant ), to be in line to win the Grand Prize. 9. Shortlisted Participants will be contacted based on the ascending order of numeric value starting from 01 by Citibank to answer two (2) questions within sixty (60) days after the end of the Promotion Period. 10. Only three (3) attempts of phone calls will be made during office hours, Monday to Friday (9am-5pm). 11. In the event Citibank or its appointed or authorized representative is unable to contact the Shortlisted Participant who has the Contest Entry with the smallest sequential number after three (3) attempts i.e. voicemail, line busy and/or the Shortlisted Participant withdraws its participation in the Campaign upon being contacted by Citibank or its appointed representatives, the Shortlisted Participant will be deemed disqualified from the Campaign. In such event, Citibank reserves the right to move on to a next-in-line Participant with the smallest sequential number after such disqualified Participant. 12. In the event the Shortlisted Participant fails to answer all questions correctly, Citibank reserves the right to move on to a next-inline Participant with the smallest sequential number after such disqualified Participant. The Shortlisted Participants who successfully answer all the questions correctly will be selected as the Grand Prize contest winner ( Grand Prize Winner ). 13. The selection criteria above will be repeated until all the Grand Prize Winners are selected from all the Shortlisted Participants for the allocated Grand Prizes. Page 2 of 5

Monthly Booster Prize 14. To encourage continuous usage of JomPAY Transactions, Participant who enroll in a new Standing Instruction and successfully performed the new Standing Instruction from 1 December 2018 to 31 January 2019 will be in the running to win the Monthly Booster Prize in Table 2 below. New Standing Instructions refers to new enrolment and first time payment through Standing Instructions. To qualify as a New Standing Instruction and be eligible for Monthly Booster Prize, Participants must not have any JomPAY transaction performed successfully via Standing Instruction using the same biller code and ref-1 code in the past three months prior to the Campaign. Citibank will select the Monthly Booster Prize winners based on the most JomPAY Transactions volume performed successfully via new Standing Instructions for each Booster Campaign Month. 16. In the event of a tie between shortlisted participants for the Monthly Booster Prize with shortlisted participants having the same JomPAY Transactions volume performed successfully via Standing Instructions, the next selection criteria will be based on the total JomPAY transaction value where the participant with the higher transaction value would win, throughout each Booster Campaign Month. 17. Winners of the Monthly Booster Prize are entitled to win more than one (1) Monthly Booster Prize throughout the Booster Campaign Months. Participant will be eligible to participate in the Monthly Booster provided Participant signs up to at least one New Standing Instruction. For the avoidance of doubt, only new enrollment in JomPAY Standing Instructions will be considered as Monthly Booster Prize Contest Entries ( MB Contest Entry ) for subsequent Booster Campaign Month. 18. Each enrollment in JomPAY Standing Instructions performed by an Eligible Participant shall be eligible as one (1) MB Contest Entry. Each MB Contest Entry will be based on unique JomPAY payments (one ref-1 code per biller code). Any enrollment in JomPAY Standing Instructions with bill payment made in multiple Contest Entries will not be eligible. 19. The shortlisting of participants will be based on unique JomPAY payments (one ref-1 code per biller code) performed successfully via new Standing Instructions. 20. JomPAY Transaction which are incomplete or performed before or after the Booster Campaign Month Period will not be accepted as a valid MB Contest Entry. 21. Participant participating in the Grand Prize is also eligible to participate in the Monthly Booster and vice versa subject to Grand Prize and Monthly Booster qualifying criteria is met. 22. For the avoidance of doubt, in the case where the account is a joint account, the Participant is only entitled to one (1) Grand Prize or one-time Cash Back (as the case may be) for each Monthly Booster Prize. 23. The following additional terms and conditions shall apply to the Grand Prize and Monthly Booster Prize (collectively referred to as Prizes ): The Prizes are subject to availability. If the participating merchant or supplier is unable to supply the Prizes to Citibank, Citibank reserves the right at its discretion to substitute the Prizes with other products of approximately equivalent value at any time with prior notice. Any risk of loss or damage to the Prize passes to the Participant upon delivery of the Prize to the Page 3 of 5

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Citibank expressly excludes and disclaims any representations, warranties or endorsements, expressed or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose in respect of the Prizes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in this Campaign, each and every Participant is agreeing that he/she will not hold Citibank and its officers, servants, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers that Citibank may engage for the purposes of this Campaign), liable for any loss or damages that he/she may incur, in connection with this Campaign and the use of the Prize by the Participant and/or any other persons. The Prize is non-exchangeable for cash, credit or kind, whether in part or in full. The Grand Prize(s) will be sent to each of the winner(s) s mailing address as shown in Citibank s records via an appointed vendor and the Monthly Booster Prize will be credited to each of the winner(s) s bank account or credit card account of the winner s latest Contest Entry as shown in Citibank s records, within ten (10) weeks from the end of the Campaign Period. The Participants hereby give their consent to and authorize Citibank to disclose their particulars to the appointed representatives engaged by Citibank for purposes of this Campaign, if any. Citibank warrants that the disclosure of such particulars to any third party service providers shall be limited to the Participant s name, address and telephone number and shall be used only in relation to and for purposes of this Campaign. Prizes are neither transferable, nor exchangeable for credit or kind whether in part or in full. Images of the Prizes(s) shown in marketing materials (if any) are only for illustrative purposes only. All federal, state and local taxes that may be imposed in connection with the Prize(s) shall be the sole responsibility of the winners. Citibank is only a banking service provider and an issuer of cards. Citibank is not an agent of the merchant, joint marketing partner, supplier or vendor, as the case may be, in relation to this Campaign. Neither Citibank nor its employees, subsidiaries or affiliates shall be liable for any loss, damages or bodily harm whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to loss of opportunities and any indirect or consequential losses) by reason of any disruption to PayNet clearing systems affecting JomPAY Transactions or any suspension, delay or cancellation of this Campaign, whether due to technical problems or otherwise, which is beyond our reasonable control. In the event of disruption to the Campaign, reasonable efforts shall be used to remedy the disruption and resume the Campaign on a fair and equitable basis to the Participants. 24. By participating in this Campaign, each of the Participants and/or the winners is deemed to have given his/her consent and authorization to Citibank to use his/her name and any photographs taken or other information approved by the Participants and/or winners for purposes of running the Campaign, including but not limited to current and future advertising and publicity purposes relating to the Campaign. Participants and/or winners also agree to be featured in any publicity material relating to the Campaign. No fee will be paid to the Participants and winners for any of the foregoing. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS 25. Citibank reserves the right in its discretion to disqualify anyone from participating in this Campaign and/or receiving any Prizes. 26. This Campaign shall be subject to the regulations, directives and guidelines of PayNet and Bank Negara Malaysia, and such other relevant regulatory bodies. 27. Citibank reserves the right, as it deems fit, to disqualify a Participant from participating in the Campaign if the JomPAY Transactions are subsequently cancelled or voided, and/or the consequence of system misbehavior, technical difficulties or telecommunication issues on service providers. Citibank shall not be responsible for any system malfunctions, mis-transmission or technical difficulties (including systems operated by telecommunication companies or service providers) which are beyond the reasonable control of Citibank. 28. A Participant may also be participating in more than one promotions organized for or in conjunction with the acquisition of new banking customers where the Participant may also be similarly entitled to gifts or rewards where the Participant may also be similarly entitled to gifts or rewards. For the avoidance of any doubt, if the campaign periods for such other campaign overlap with this Campaign, the Participant understands that he/she will only be entitled to receive the gifts or rewards from only ONE of Page 4 of 5

such other promotions or this Campaign at the Bank s discretion and subject to the respective on-going promotions or campaigns respective terms and conditions. 29. Citibank shall not be liable for any default in respect of this Campaign due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, epidemic or pandemic, technical or systems failure or any event beyond the reasonable control of Citibank. 30. Citibank s decision on all matters relating to the Prizes are final and binding. 31. If there is any dispute or non-receipt of the Prize, the winner is required to contact CitiPhone at 03-2383 0000 by 31 March 2019 at the latest to request for an inquiry. No request for any inquiry will be entertained after 31 March 2019. 32. Citibank reserves the right at its own discretion to vary or change any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time or cancel, terminate, withdraw, or suspend this Campaign and/or replace this Campaign with another similar promotion, campaign or program with prior notice. Such variation, changes, cancellation, termination, withdrawal or suspension will be notified by posting on Citibank s website at www.citibank.com.my ( Website ), or in any other manner as Citibank deems fit. In this respect, the Participant s participation in this Campaign also signifies his/her agreement to access the Website at regular intervals to view these terms and conditions and to ensure that they are kept up-to-date with any variations or changes which Citibank may effect from time to time. Participants also agree that their continued participation in this Campaign will constitute their acceptance of these terms and conditions (as varied from time to time). For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, withdrawal or suspension by Citibank of this Campaign will not entitle the Participant to any compensation against Citibank for any and all loss or damage that may be suffered or incurred by the Participant as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, withdrawal or suspension. 33. Any term and condition applicable to this Campaign which is illegal, prohibited or unenforceable under any law or regulation shall be ineffective to the extent of such illegality, voidness, prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions. 34.
