It s hard to believe we are already nearing the end of 2018! The Board has begun planning the 2019 Chapter Meeting to be held June 23-24-25. Based on rotation of locales within our Chapter s geography, we are looking at a location in Missouri. We have narrowed the location to the Lake of the Ozarks, with more details to follow on the specific hotel or resort location in an upcoming newsletter. In addition to some great learning topics, we re looking into some fun activities such as a boat cruise on the lake (families are welcome!) and golf on Sunday afternoon June 23. Be on the lookout for communications from NSAC regarding further details. Please remember that the national NSAC office offers a variety of webinars through its cooperative learning network (CLN) which qualify for CPE credits. Recently, NSAC began offering all CLN s free of charge to members of NSAC. If you are interested in learning more or viewing upcoming topics, visit the following link: http://www.nsacoop.org/cooperative_learning_network.php. Please feel free to contact me or any Board member if you have any input on the 2019 Chapter meeting, or any suggestions for Chapter activities. We would love to hear from you. Have a great rest of the year as we approach the Holiday Season! Regards, Mike Regan Mississippi Valley Chapter President
