BID REGULATIONS 1. Bids are due at 10:00 AM local time on Tuesday, December 4 th, 2018 at the Administration Center at,, East Moline, Illinois. The Administration Center is located on the North side of the High School, across from the Baseball Field. Bids may be dropped off by entering door Z. Bids sent by fax or e-mail will not be accepted. Bids received after the time specified will be classified as non-responsive and will not be opened. 2. It is the intent that these specifications promote adequate competition. Bidders are required to quote items as specified, but they may also submit equal or superior products. All vehicle information must be included on the bid form or the bid may be rejected for non-conformance. 3. Each bidder shall be familiar with the specifications and regulations of this bid opportunity. The failure of any bidder to exercise his privileges of the foregoing will in no way relieve the bidder from any obligation with respect to his or her bid. 4. Where additional communication is found to be needed, the District will issue a written addendum to all interested parties. 5.
