To Determine My Best Buy Mystery Rewards Offer Value: On or about 11/7/18, select program members will receive a My Best Buy Mystery Rewards Offer Certificate ( Offer Certificate ) via email. Members must click on the Click Here link in the email to reveal the Offer Certificate. Emails will direct members where they may redeem their Offer Certificate: Either (a) in Participating Stores (as defined below) OR (b) at www.bestbuy.com, the Best Buy mobile app or Participating Stores. Please Note: Offer Certificates may only be redeemed at the locations indicated in the emails. Participating Stores include Best Buy retail stores (including Pacific Sales Kitchen & Home and Magnolia) and Pacific Sales Kitchen & Home retail stores (outside of Best Buy stores) located in 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico) ( Participating Stores ). Redemption of Offer Certificates in Participating Stores must take place during normal store hours from store opening on 11/7/18 through store closing on 11/16/18. Redemption of Offer Certificates at www.bestbuy.com or the Best Buy mobile app must take place from 12:00:00 a.m. CT on 11/7/18 through 11:59:59 p.m. CT on 11/16/18. 3. Redemption and Restrictions Applicable to Offer Certificate and My Best Buy Points: Decisions of Sponsor, retail store management and Administrator as to verification and all Offer-related activities are final and binding in all respects. Limit one (1) redemption per Offer Certificate, regardless if Offer Certificate is used online or in-store. Offer Certificates valued between $5 and $500: If the value of an Offer Certificate is revealed to be between $5 and $500, subject to verification at Sponsor s discretion, the Offer Certificate: (a) is redeemable

in one, positive transaction for a discount off future purchase amounts equal to or greater than the revealed value of the Offer Certificate, excluding Non-Qualifying Redemptions (as defined below), taxes, shipping and handling; (b) is redeemable at www.bestbuy.com or the Best Buy mobile app during the check-out process before 11:59:59 p.m. CT on 11/16/18, provided the Offer email sent to you indicates those locations (see Section 2 for details); (c) is redeemable in Participating Stores during normal store hours before store closing on 11/16/18, provided the Offer email sent to you indicates those locations (see Section 2 for details); (d) must be redeemed at time of purchase; (e) is valid for one-time use only, regardless if Offer Certificate is used at www.bestbuy.com, the Best Buy mobile app or Participating Stores; (f) is not redeemable for cash, no change will be given back on redemption; (g) is valid on in-stock items only, no rain checks; (h) is not transferable and may only be used by the member to whom issued; and (i) will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or expired. No cash refunds on the Offer Certificate value. Offer Certificates may be used in conjunction with most other discounts or offers toward the purchase of products, not to exceed the purchase amount. Non-Qualifying Redemptions for which Offer Certificates may not be redeemed: Leased products, purchases/rentals at rent-to-own locations inside Participating Stores, prior purchases, purchase of Best Buy or Magnolia gift cards, Visa or MasterCard prepaid access cards, purchases made for resale, payment on any Best Buy Credit Card or My Best Buy Credit Card, certain premium major home appliances and home theater products, any online transaction that contains the purchase of a Best Buy gift card, sales tax, service charges, and discounted Best Buy for Business or commercial purchases. Other exclusions may apply. If you exchange your purchase for eligible products or services with a total purchase amount (excluding taxes, shipping and handling) equal to or greater than the value of the Offer Certificate, you will keep the value of the Offer Certificate. If you return your purchase for refund in the form of payment originally used when purchasing products or services, the value of the Offer Certificate will be forfeited, and the refund will be less the value of the redeemed Offer Certificate. An Offer Certificate is subject to these Terms and Conditions and restrictions printed on the Offer Certificate. Offer Certificates valued at 250,000 My Best Buy Points (worth $5,000 in My Best Buy reward certificates): If it is revealed that the value of the Offer Certificate is 250,000 My Best Buy Points, you must (a) call the specified toll-free number by 11:59:59 PM local time on 11/23/18 to initiate the claim and verification process; (b) verify My Best Buy membership, identity, eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions as specified by Sponsor in its sole discretion; and (c) provide your mailing address and email address. You will be required to print and send a copy of the Offer Certificate and complete, sign and return a W9, Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release and where lawful, a Publicity Release via overnight mail within seven (7) days of attempted notification. If documents are not returned on a timely basis, or if offer notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if you are found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the My Best Buy Points will be forfeited and not awarded. Should a recipient of 250,000 My Best Buy Points be an eligible minor in his/her jurisdiction of primary residence, a parent/legal guardian may be required to confirm any verification measures on behalf of minor.

Once Administrator verifies your My Best Buy Points claim and receives required documents, you will be notified via mail and/or email and the 250,000 My Best Buy Points will be deposited in your My Best Buy Account within 4-6 weeks. My Best Buy Points recipients will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for tax purposes for the retail value of the offer and are advised to seek independent counsel on the implications of same. No more than the stated numbers of Offer Certificates will be distributed and available for redemption. Limitations on Liability: Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, unintelligible, lost, stolen, expired, late, damaged, destroyed, delayed, deleted, misdirected, misprinted or non-delivered Offer Certificates; or for incomplete, inaccurate, lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Web site, telephone network or lines, cellular towers or equipment (including handsets), computer online systems, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs, servers or providers, or other connections, availability or accessibility; or for unauthorized access to/use, or alteration of the Offer; or miscommunications, failed computer, telephone, cellular, satellite, or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure; or for jumbled, defective, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or for any other errors of any kind, whether human, technical, mechanical, electronic or network, including, without limitation, any errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Offer or in any Offer-related materials; or for the incorrect or inaccurate communications, information, or the capture of information, or the failure to capture any such information. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Offer Certificates, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified, and Sponsor reserves the right to terminate such participant s eligibility to participate in this or any other promotion offered by Sponsor. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants or to any other person s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Offer or downloading materials from any web sites associated with this Offer. Should any portion of the Offer Certificates distribution and redemption process be, in Sponsor s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper redemption, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the Offer.
