This should be read in conjunction with the Insurance Terms and Conditions brochure enclosed with this flyer. CHANGES TO PERFORMANCE BASED FEES There have been no changes to the investment options available to you. However, the estimated performance fee range (and as a consequence the estimated management costs) that apply to some of the investment options will increase from 1 October 2012. In addition the way performance fee ranges will apply to the investment options will also change. Under the current arrangements, the ranges have a set upper limit which generally cannot be exceeded. However, from 1 October 2012, the ranges will have a soft upper limit. This means that the performance fees can exceed the estimated ranges although this is not expected to occur more than one in every five years. You will be advised of the performance based fees charged in your plan s annual report. The table titled Investment Options and Estimated Management Costs lists details of investment options available to you through your plan together with the estimated management costs applicable to each of those investment options as at 1 October 2012.
