Starting from the My Accounts page. select the Top up my account option on the actions menu in My Accounts. Or, if you have more than one account, select the View your account button next to the one you wish to change, and then Top up my account. Note: If your account is set up on an older charge basis, changes in regulations mean that we will need to change the basis that fees and charges are deducted from your account when you top it up. If this applies to your account, you will see a warning when selecting the Top up my account option. There are links in this message to further information on the conversion and a calculator to work out the service charge that will apply.

Your remaining ISA allowance for the current tax year is confirmed. 3. enter the amount of the lump sum. 4. select the payment method either bank transfer, debit card or a transfer from a Collective Investment Account (CIA). 5. Select Review and submit. Note: If you select Debit card as a payment, you will be taken to a secure third party site after submitting the application to enter the details. The debit card must be in your name. If you choose to take the payment from your CIA, we will deduct units proportionally from all funds in the account to meet the payment. We can only take payment from a CIA held in your sole name. If you hold a CIA jointly with another person, this will not be shown as an option for payment. 3 4 5 3
Review and submit. Check the amount and payment method you have entered are correct. Select the Edit button to make a change.. If you have selected to pay by Internet Bank Transfer, you are provided with a unique payment reference to include when making the payment. 3. if your account is being converted to Charge Basis 3 for regulatory reasons, you can access our service charge calculator and further information in this section. 4. The lump sum will be invested into the same funds and proportions that you currently hold in your ISA, and these are shown here. 5. Read the declaration and tick the box to confirm your acceptance. If your account is being converted to Charge Basis 3 there is an additional declaration to confirm your understanding. 6. select Submit application when finished. 3 4 What happens next? Once we have received and processed your payment, we will publish a contract note in the documents section of the website, and send you an email to confirm it is there. 5 6 4
