PARTNERSHIP DETAILS We are very excited that on January 1, 2019 Oakland County Credit Union will officially change our name to Vibe Credit Union. We have put together this helpful packet to help walk you through the process. Many items will remain unchanged until our computer conversion in 2020, please see below for details. If you have any questions, please continue to contact us at 800.815.6237. MEMBER NUMBER There are no changes to your member number at this time. Please continue to use your current member number. ROUTING NUMBER There is no change to the routing number for your accounts. Please continue to use 272483808. BRANCHES Beginning January 1, 2019, you will have full access to the following branches: Clarkston, Oxford, Waterford (3), and West Bloomfield. You will have limited access for simple teller transactions in Berkley, Canton, Livonia, Novi (2), South Lyon, Southfield, and Sterling Heights. You can also visit our two e-centers in Ferndale and Royal Oak. AUTOMATIC DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS All of your automatic deposits and withdrawals will continue to process without any changes necessary. CHECKS Please continue to use your Oakland County Credit Union checks. By mid-2019, we will provide members with new Vibe Credit Union checks at no charge. More information regarding this coming early next year. ATM CARDS & DEBIT CARDS Please continue to use your Oakland County Credit Union debit and ATM card. All OCCU debit and ATM cards will be replaced by the summer of 2019. A dedicated mailing regarding this change will be mailed to you when applicable. CREDIT CARDS Please continue to use your Oakland County Credit Union credit card. All OCCU credit cards will be replaced by mid to late 2019. A dedicated mailing regarding this change will be mailed to you when applicable. You will continue to access your credit card account through your online banking. 3

PARTNERSHIP DETAILS WEBSITE On 01/03/2019 you will be redirected to www.vibecreditunion.com. This will be the new homepage for the credit union. This will include helpful links to all of your account questions and provide additional information regarding the name change. ONLINE BANKING ACCESS On 01/03/2019, your online account will be accessed at www.vibecreditunion.com. From the homepage you will click Log In, then you will click on the FORMER OCCU MEMBERS link. There are no changes to your log in or password. You will continue to use your current log in and password. MOBILE BANKING On 01/03/2019, the mobile app will now be called OCCU/Vibe. The app icon on your phone and in the app store will be updated to look like the image shown to the left. There are no changes to your log in credentials. PARTNERSHIP DETAILS TELEPHONE BANKING - For telephone banking you will begin to dial 248.886.3966 beginning 01/03/2019. There are no changes to your pin or the prompts. SHARED BRANCH When using shared branch locations, you will need to identify yourself as an Oakland County CU/Vibe CU member. This will allow the shared branch employees to access your account. BILL PAY There are no changes to the online bill pay service, all your current bill payments will continue with no disruption. MAIL PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS There are no changes to the address for mail payments and deposits. Please continue to send your payments and deposits to the same address you always have. SCORECARD REWARDS You will continue to earn scorecard rewards points on your debit mastercard for signature purchases. Please review the enclosed documents for additional information along with new account disclosures.
