DOMESTIC CUSTODY & TRADING SERVICES A flat custody fee of 20bps per account type per year is applicable to all holdings and cash, the custody fee is collected each month but will be capped at 40* (Therefore all holdings over 240,000 have no additional charges). Regardless of the number of wrappers and accounts held, the maximum custody fee charged to an investor will never exceed 960. Product-specific supplements would be additional to the annual capped custody fee where investments are held in a SIPP, Pension and/or Offshore Bond wrapper, as per the tariffs outlined in the Product Fees section. Interest is paid at a blended** rate every 6 months and 100% of the interest collected by Hubwise is paid to the underlying client on a pro rata basis based on the cash held on deposit or cash held in model portfolios. The maximum cap of 40 per month may be increased if the number of instruments held exceeds 20 lines. ** Blended rate depends on the interest paid to Hubwise from the several Banks used to hold our client money. The cash on deposit counts towards the overall total of custody assets and therefore will be included in the custody fee calculation. *** Trading Fees are only applicable if the instrument cannot be automatically executed using our RSP network, a flat 15 will be charged in addition to other fees for telephone trading. **** Funds are defined as UK domestic funds listed on our buy list. Any European funds or structured products may have additional custody and trading fees applicable (these will also be in addition to the 40 monthly cap).
