We look forward to providing another exciting community event that focuses on wellness trends and features the best health professionals in the community. DEADLINE: All applications must be completed and submitted to the Fullerton Community Center office by July 18, 2018. Booths will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Limited space will be available for each business category. Application and payment must be submitted in order to guarantee a booth. HEALTH & WELLNESS FAIR RULES AND REGULATIONS SATURDAY, JULY 28, 2018 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Fullerton Community Center Gym & Courtyard The Health & Wellness Fair Agreement is between the Fullerton Community Center and exhibitor, which will be taking place July 28, 2018. There will be no refunds. The event will not be cancelled due to inclement weather. 1. SET-UP AND TEAR DOWN: Set up is allowed on Saturday, July 28, 2018, at 8:00 a.m. All vendors must check-in and booths must be completely set up by 9:45a.m. Official start time for Health & Wellness Festival is 10:00 a.m. Tear down is at closing of the Festival. No vendor is permitted to tear down their both before the closing of the Fair at 1:00pm. Any damage to the Fullerton Center property (including table and chairs) will be repaired at the Exhibitor s expense. Exhibitor is subject to relocation of space without advance notice. Spaces are approximately 8 x 8 Nothing can be stapled, nailed or fastened to the tables or the facility. 2. FOOD: All food service businesses must provide proof of Catering License 3. AUDIO/VISUAL: Sound level of audio or video equipment is asked to be kept at a limit and not overpower the Central Event Sound 4. PUBLIC SAFETY: All vendors are required to follow all state and local regulations in regards to Building and/or Fire Permits (and pay any applicable fee) prior to set-up. At all times, Exhibitor will conduct its activities with full regard to public safety All portions of the sidewalks, entries, doors, passages, halls, corridors, passageways, and all ways of access to public areas of the premises shall be kept unobstructed by the Exhibitor and shall not be used for any purpose. Exhibitor agrees not to bring onto the premises any materials, substances, equipment or objects which endanger the life of, or cause bodily injury to, any person on the premises or which constitute a hazard to property thereon, or shall have the right to refuse to allow any such items. The burning of candles is not permitted. 5. PARKING: Use of the loading and unloading area and front entrances are limited to 15 20 minutes. Vehicles blocking these entrances or left unattended for longer periods of time will be subject to towing at the owner s expense without notice. No parking, including delivery trucks, is permitted in the fire lanes.

No overnight parking permitted Exhibitors, after unloading, are to park at City Hall; 303 W. Commonwealth (across the street from the Center). 6. STORAGE: The Fullerton Community Center is not responsible for any lost or stolen items and does not allow any overnight storage 7. PERSONNEL CONDUCT: No pets or children (under the age of 16) of Exhibitor may be present at the table The Fullerton Community Center reserves the right in its discretion to eject or cause to be ejected from the premises any objectionable person or persons, and neither the Community Center, the City of Fullerton nor any of its employees shall be liable to Exhibitor for any damages that may be sustained by Exhibitor as a result thereof. 8. ELECTRIC: There is a $25 fee for one electrical hookup (indicated under Equipment Page 2) If you are interested in electricity, please bring your own extension cord/cords. 9. ADVERTISING: Literature distribution in the parking areas, lobby and restroom is prohibited. 10. FEES/CHARGES: All charges must be paid in full by July 18, 2018 ALL ENTRY FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. Please make checks payable to The City of Fullerton. Cash, Checks, Money Orders, American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa is accepted. Cash payable in person ONLY. Checks and credit card can be mailed. Credit cards may be faxed in, as well (714-738-6335). If a check is returned for insufficient funds, only cash or credit cards will be accepted in the future. There will be a $25 charge for returned checks. 11. CANCELLATION: Should Exhibitor cancel their participation in the Health and Wellness Festival, no refund shall be made (liquidated damages; not a penalty).
