AirAsia-Citibank Visa Credit Card: AirAsia BIG Loyalty Points Promotion Terms and Conditions Promotion Period 1. This promotion organized by Citibank Berhad (Co. No. 297089-M) ("Citibank") called the AirAsia- Citibank Visa Credit Card: AirAsia BIG Loyalty Points Promotion ("Promotion") will run from 10th October 2014 to 30 November 2014 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period"). Eligibility 2. Subject to Clause 3 below, the Promotion is open to any individual who is a resident of Malaysia ("Applicant") who during the Promotion Period, applies for an AirAsia-Citibank Visa Credit Card only. 3. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Promotion: (a) Permanent and/or contract employees of Citibank and Citibank s subsidiaries and related companies and their respective immediate family members; (b) An Applicant who had cancelled his/her Citibank Credit Card(s) within three (3) months before the date of application and is applying or re-applying for any Citibank Credit Card under the Promotion; (c) All applicants for supplementary Citibank credit cards; (d) Present holders of any Citibank credit card(s) whether issued in Malaysia or otherwise (whether such holders have received the same or similar reward(s) offered by any Citibank credit card(s) or otherwise); and (e) any person who has committed or suspected to have committed any fraudulent or unlawful conduct in respect of any Citibank facility or services, including Citibank Online which is accessible via www.citibank.com.my. 4. Applicants must ensure that the physical completed credit card application form is submitted, together with such clear and readable supporting documents as may be requested by Citibank(i) by mail to Citibank Berhad, Internet Card Sales Unit, Level 35, Menara Citibank, 165 Jalan Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur; or (ii) by facsimile to Citibank s fax number: 03-2383 9090; or (iii) in person at any Citibank booth set up for the Promotion at any one or more locations in Malaysia, which must be physically received by Citibank not later than 30 November 2014. The Promotion 5. Subject to these terms and conditions, Applicants ( Successful Applicants or each, a Successful Applicant ): a) whose credit card applications are successfully approved by Citibank on or before 15 December 2014; and b) who each makes cumulative Qualifying Purchases* (defined below) of the amount stated in table below within 60 days after card approval date ( Qualifying Period ) will receive the Gift stated in the table below:-

Qualifying Purchases RM 5,000 and above RM 2,500-4,999 Gift 30,000 AirAsia BIG Loyalty Points 15,000 AirAsia BIG Loyalty Points *Definition: Qualifying Purchases mean total retail purchases made locally and overseas including online purchases, bill payment on Citibank Online including Citi Mobile and Mobile phone Prepaid Reload on Citi Cards, excluding:- a) Installments paid under Citibank s Flexi Payment Plan; b) Citibank Easy Payment Plan (which is registered and commenced before or during the Promotion Period). c) disputed, cancelled, refunded, unauthorized or fraudulent purchase transactions; d) payment of annual Citi Credit Card membership fees, e) interest and principal payments; f) late payment fees, charges for cash withdrawals, government service tax or other taxes and any other form of service/miscellaneous fees; and g) transactions made by Citi cardmembers with any merchant associated with or controlled by them (whether as employee, employer, shareholder or director). i.e. transactions by a Citi cardmember with any corporation or business entity in which he is an employee or employer or works with or has shares or interest in or is a director of. For the avoidance of any doubt, Qualifying Purchases were made by a supplementary cardmember(s), such purchases shall be aggregated with the principal cardmember s/ Applicant. 6. A total of 4,000,000 AirAsia BIG Loyalty Points ( Promotion Cap ) is allocated to this Promotion and is given to each Successful Applicant who meet the amount of cumulative Qualifying Purchases ( Eligible Successful Applicant ), on a First-Come, First-Served basis (as defined below) until the Promotion Cap is met. 7. Eligible Successful Applicant will be ranked in accordance with the date on which the last of all transactions required to meet the Qualifying Purchases, is posted and captured by Citibank ( Qualifying Date ). In cases where the Promotion cap is met or exceeded, AirAsia BIG Loyalty Points will be awarded according to the following hierarchy of criteria ( First-Come, First- Served ): Order of Priority 1 Qualifying Date 2 Criteria If the Promotion Cap cannot fulfil the total AirAsia BIG Loyalty Points for all Eligible Successful Participants with a same Qualifying Date, AirAsia BIG Loyalty Points will be awarded starting from an Eligible Successful Applicant with the highest total monetary amount of all Retail Purchases made by the Eligible Successful Applicant during the Qualifying Period which has been posted and captured by Citibank during that Qualifying Period.

8. All successful Applicants who each swipes the said successfully approved Citibank Credit Card at least three (3) times within the Qualifying Period will also receive one (1) year card annual fee waiver. 9. For the avoidance of doubt, "successfully approved" means that the Applicant's credit card application has actually been approved by Citibank and a Citibank Credit Card is being or has been issued to the Applicant. Conditional approvals of credit card applications which may be received by an Applicant from Citibank are not deemed to be successfully approved credit card applications. 10. Citibank reserves the right at its discretion to approve or reject any application and/or the supporting documents as requested by Citibank. For the avoidance of doubt, Citibank reserves the right to determine if the supporting documents are sufficiently clear for purposes of the approval. 11. An Applicant may verify and confirm the relevant card approval status by contacting Citiphone at the following telephone numbers: 03-2383 0000 (Kuala Lumpur), 04-296 0000 (Penang), and 07-268 0000 (Johor Bahru) ( Citiphone ). 12. Any Applicant whose application is received after 30 November 2014 or successfully approved after 15 December 2014 by Citibank shall not be eligible to receive any Gift. The Gifts 13. The following terms and conditions will apply to the Gift: (a) AirAsia BIG Loyalty Points will be credited into Successful Applicant s BIG Shot ID within six to eight (6-8) weeks after the Qualifying Period (defined above). An SMS will be sent to Successful Applicant s contact number within three 3 weeks from the Qualifying Period (defined above) as stated in the credit card application form and:- (i) If the Successful Applicant currently holds a BIG Shot ID, he/she is required to reply to the SMS within ten (10) working days (meaning days when Citibank in Kuala Lumpur is open for business) with his/her BIG Shot ID; or (ii) If the Successful Applicant do not have a BIG Shot ID, the Successful Applicant is required to: i. Sign up for a BIG Shot ID at www.airasiabig.com; and ii. Reply to the SMS with the Successful Applicant s BIG Shot ID within 10 working days (meaning days when Citibank in Kuala Lumpur is open for business) from the date of receiving the SMS. For avoidance of any doubt, supplementary cardmembers are not entitled to receive the Gift(s). Any Gift(s) received by such supplementary cardholder, if any, will be given to the principal cardmember/ Successful Applicant;. (b) (c) (d) (e) A Successful Applicant s whose card accounts are suspended, cancelled, or terminated for any reason during the Promotion Period or within three (3) months after the end of the Promotion Period will not be entitled to receive the Gift under this Promotion; If there is any dispute or non-receipt of the Gift, the Successful Applicant is required to contact Citiphone by 15 March 2015 at the latest to request an inquiry. No request for any inquiry will be entertained after 15 March 2015; Citibank will not be responsible for any non-receipt of the Gift due to equipment failure, internet or telecommunications service provider s systems disruptions, power surges and any causes not attributable to or reason beyond the reasonable control of Citibank; Citibank does not give any warranty or representation as to the fitness for purpose of the Gift;

(f) (g) (h) The Citibank credit card account(s) of the Successful Applicant must be in good standing during the Promotion and Qualifying Period in order to be entitled to receive the Gift; Each Successful Applicant is only entitled to receive the Gift ONCE regardless of the number of Citibank Credit Cards applied for and approved under the Promotion; and Citibank is only an issuer of credit cards and organizer of this Promotion. Citibank shall not be liable to any Successful Applicant or any person for any losses, damages or bodily injury (including death) sustained as a result of using the Gift. 14. Citibank reserves the right to disqualify an Applicant/ Successful Applicant (as the case may be) from participating in the Promotion and/or from receiving the Gifts: (a) where the minimum payment under any of his/her Citibank credit card account(s) (including any Citibank Credit Card) has been due for 30 days or more; (b) if any of his/her Citibank credit card account(s) is closed by Citibank for any reason whatsoever; (c) if he/she has committed or is suspected of committing any fraudulent or wrongful acts in relation to any of his/her Citibank credit card account(s) or any other Citibank services or facilities including Citibank Online, as defined in the Website (as hereinafter defined); (d) if the Gift is awarded to a person who is not eligible to receive the Gifts in accordance with these terms and conditions and/or (e) if he/she did not reply Citibank with the 10 digits BIG Shot ID within 10 working days from the date that SMS is sent for the AirAsiaBIG Loyalty Points fulfillment. (f) if a Successful Applicant s card accounts are suspended, cancelled, or terminated for any reason during the Promotion Period or within three (3) months after the end of the Promotion Period. 15. Unless Citibank decides otherwise, an Applicant may not participate in more than one Citibank credit card promotions organized for or in conjunction with the acquisition of new credit card customers where the Applicant may also be similarly entitled to gifts or rewards. Consent 16. Any Applicant or Successful Applicant who participate in this Promotion are deemed to have expressly agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (as varied or changed), the decisions of Citibank and/or the judges and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to have consented to and authorized Citibank to disclose their particulars to the third party service providers engaged by Citibank for purposes of the Contest. Citibank warrants that the disclosure of such particulars to any third party service providers shall be limited to the Applicant or Successful Applicant s names, addresses and telephone numbers and shall be used only in relation to and for purposes of the Promotion. Miscellaneous 17. In the event that a Gift is awarded to a Applicant or Successful Applicant who or in the event that a Applicant or Successful Applicant: a) is not eligible to participate in the Promotion and/or receive the Gift; and/ or, b) has committed or is suspected of committing any misconduct, fraudulent or wrongful acts, Citibank reserves the right to disqualify such Applicant or Successful Applicant from participating in the Promotion and/or receiving the Gift. 18. Citibank's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be final and binding. 19. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in this Promotion, each and every Applicant, Successful Applicant and/or Winner is agreeing that he/she will not hold Citibank and its officers, servants, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any

third party service providers that Citibank may engage for the purposes of this Promotion), liable for any loss or damages that he/she may incur, in connection with the Promotion. 20. Citibank reserves the right to cancel, revise, terminate or suspend the Promotion with notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, revision, termination or suspension by Citibank of the Promotion shall not entitle any Applicant, Successful Applicant and/or Winner to any claim or compensation against Citibank for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by any Applicant, Applicant and/or Winner as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, revision, termination or suspension. 21. Citibank will not be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, epidemic, pandemic, technical or system failure or any event beyond the reasonable control of Citibank. 22. Citibank reserves the right as it deems fit to vary or change any of these terms and conditions with notice. These terms and conditions may be varied or changed by Citibank by way of posting on Citibank Facebook Webpage or in any other manner deemed suitable by Citibank. The Applicant, Successful Applicant and/or Winner who had participated in the Promotion are deemed to have accessed Citibank Facebook Webpage and/or Citibank s website at www.citibank.com.my ( Website ) and to have knowledge of and to have agreed to any changes or variations to these terms and conditions. The Applicants and/or Successful Applicants agree that their continued participation in the Promotion will constitute their acceptance of these terms and conditions (as varied or changed). 23. Any term and condition applicable to this Promotion which is illegal, prohibited or unenforceable under any law or regulation shall be ineffective to the extent of such illegality, voidness, prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions. 24. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia.
