First Quarter 2015 Closing Remarks Reported Segment EBITDA increased 6% to $127 million; 13% constant currency growth Supplier outage impacting our Versatic Acids and Derivatives business is expected to be resolved by Q3 2015 Hexion is covered for losses under its insurance program and is in the process of pursuing additional recoveries.
