The Member - Secretary welcomed the members of the General Body. There being quorum, the Committee proceeded with the agenda already circulated. Subject No.1 Leave of absence Leave of absence was granted to the following members who could not attend due to their pre-occupations:

Subject No.3 Action Taken Report on the Minutes of 13 th General Body Meeting held on 29.01.2016 The Project Director explained the action taken on the minutes of earlier meeting. The General Body noted and recorded the action taken report. Subject No.4 Welcoming the New Chairman and the New Project Director Noted and Recorded Subject No.5 Progress Report of the Project up to 30.11.2016 The Project Director presented the progress of the Project. The General Body took note of it. The members felt that there is no visibility about the good work done by the project in the field. Hence they suggested that a strategy for conveying to the various strata of the society the good work done by the project, should be put in place. Further it was suggested the Mid-term

evaluations & impact evaluations carried out by the project may be placed in the ensuing General Body Meetings. Subject No.6 Adoption of Annual Accounts and Audit Report for the year 2015-2016 The General Body Resolved to adopt the Annual Accounts and Audit Report for the year 2015-2016 of the State Society as well as the consolidated Annual Accounts and Audit Report for 2015-2016 for the Project as a whole and to authorize the Member-Secretary to file the copies of the above Audited Accounts with the Registrar of Societies. There being no other business, the meeting ended with a vote of thanks to the Chair.
