Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration Packet Registration Due By January 4, 2013 2013 Minnesota Onsite Wastewater Convention Sponsored by MOWA In Cooperation with the University of Minnesota, and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency "Better Design Through Education Arrowwood Resort & Conference Center Alexandria, MN January 29 th 31 st, 2013

Dear Exhibitor/Sponsor: The Minnesota Onsite Wastewater Association, in cooperation with the University of Minnesota and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, will present the 2013 Minnesota Onsite Wastewater Convention January 29 31, 2013! The Trade Show is a very important part of our convention. MOWA offers exhibitors the opportunity to contact industry professionals AND show support of MOWA at the only onsite convention in Minnesota. At the 2013 convention, we will offer 30 booths at Arrowwood Resort & Conference Center one of the most celebrated choices for conventions in Minnesota. Our speakers this year include: Mark Adams of NorthStar Engineering and NOWRA President Tom Fritts of Residential Sewage Treatment Company, both of whom will discuss design and other topics. Other presentations by Minnesota and out-of-state speakers will address new technology, installation, maintenance, MN Rules, septage storage, and LGU & inspections. Why join us at the 2013 Wastewater Convention? As an exhibitor you ll be able to meet with the people who service Minnesota s onsite industry, show your products, answer their questions and make the contacts you want to make future sales! This year, we are also offering a two-day Roe-d-Hoe competition in the exhibit hall with a first prize award of admission to the 2013 Pumper Show in Indianapolis. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to sponsor prizes for this event (see page 6 for details). We will also feature an Exhibitor Booth scavenger hunt. MOWA s mission is promoting professionalism in the wastewater industry. This is achieved through involvement in education, legislation and government relations activities, and by hosting the only onsite wastewater convention in the state. MOWA is recognized as an important source of guidance to local and state agencies in policy and rule development. The organization works closely with the U of M s Onsite Sewage Treatment Program and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency to enhance education, policies, and research benefiting professionals, homeowners, government officials, and community leaders. Within the last several years MOWA has: o Influenced new language and policies in State Code revision o Created legislation to clarify licensing requirements for SSTS systems o Expanded member services to include business management training o Moved activities around the state to better serve its members and the industry o Conducted hands-on Summer Seminars across Minnesota o Expanded membership options with 500+ individual and group members None of these accomplishments could have happened without the support and leadership of MOWA members and industry suppliers and manufacturers. Come grow with us by exhibiting at our annual convention and talk to the leaders in Minnesota s onsite wastewater industry. We look forward to seeing you in Alexandria January 29 th 31 st!
