Will there need to be rover coverage if the guard is to take his or hers 30-minute lunch break as a paid, on-site lunch break? Yes. Per Section 4.II of the RFQ&P, contractor must supplement any break over 15 minutes with coverage to ensure complete coverage for the hours of all shifts. For Shift Hours on page 25 of the RFQ&P, Guards #2 and #3 have 12 hour shifts. Would you prefer non-split shifts with 4 hours of overtime for service consistency or 2 separate guards with 6 hour shifts to reduce overtime? 6-hour shifts are ok. The entire 12-hour shift must be covered outside of any 15 minute breaks. Does the District abide by any city Living Wage Ordinances or just minimum wage? California Minimum Wage How will the evaluation of the Standard Pricing Proposal and Pricing Proposal Alternative be weighted? EXHIBIT A REVISED PROPOSAL FORM D FEE AND RATE PROPOSAL The proposed fee schedule shall include fully burdened hourly rates for the proposed work. It is the proposer s responsibility to understand the complexity of the District as well as the complexity of the proposed work and to submit a not-to-exceed fee accordingly using the form below. Each Proposer must propose pricing for both the Standard Pricing Proposal AND the Pricing Proposal Alternate 1. Each fee Proposal shall include all costs to complete the Scope of Work. AMENDMENT NO. 02 TO THE SECURITY SERVICES AGREEMENT AT ATEP THIS AMENDMENT shall modify the original agreement dated July 1, 2015, by and between the SOUTH ORANGE COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT, hereinafter referred to as DISTRICT, and G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc. hereinafter referred to as G4S WHEREAS, Article 13 of the original agreement provides that this agreement is effective July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2018 and Amendment 1 extended the effective date to September 30, 2018; WHEREAS, Article 15 of the original agreement provides for the modification of the agreement at any time by mutual written consent of the parties; WHEREAS, Article 5 states Customer agrees to pay G4s at the hourly rates set forth on the attached Schedules of Security Services, plus applicable sales, use and/or similar taxes; NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree as follows: 1. The terms of the Agreement are hereby extended from September 30, 2018 to December 31, 2018 under the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement as amended by Amendment No. 1. Where any Article or portion is amended or superseded, the balance of that Article not specifically amended or superseded shall remain in effect as originally written. Where any Paragraph or Section is referenced, such Paragraph or Section is superseded and replaced by the language herein.
