What is AllianceNRG PACE Funding? $500M in new funding for residential and commercial clean energy and sustainability projects to help you expand your business, while providing your clients with immediate monthly savings and increased property values. Key Attributes The AlliancenRG Program TM 100% financing of project costs. Up to 30 year terms. Competitive fixed interest rates. Funding up to 20% of Property s Market Value. Funding approvals are based primarily upon property value. PACE funding payments are collected with routine property tax payments. No debt to settle upon sale. PACE assessments travel with the property when it is sold. Off Balance Sheet funding improves your clients debt to equity ratio, while increasing the value of their property. Page 6

A New Jersey Approved Provider AllianceNRG is currently approved to provide PACE funding in three (3) counties in New Jersey. With new approvals arriving quickly, much of the state is expected to become eligible by the close of 2015. Currently, AllianceNRG PACE funding is available in: Hudson Passaic, and Hudson counties Page 8

Program Requirements Requirements Property must be in a participating municipality. Outstanding mortgage debt cannot be greater than 90% of Market Value Financed amount plus outstanding mortgage debt cannot exceed 100% of Market Value of Property No involuntary liens on property Appraisal required to establish market value of property Building must be existing; no new construction or temporary structures All improvements must be permanently affixed to building.
