Delivering on our EVP When the employees health are important to the company it means that the company looks at its employees in a different way. GSK as an employer stands out among all the other companies because of this programme. Employees celebrate launch Costa Rica P4P program makes me feel like GSK is not working only on my development and my career and empowering me as an employee but also is caring about my health, my welfare, and the health of my family, which is very important. Igniting Passion, Inspiring Pride. Those who deliver the programme are excited and energized. They are passionate about what GSK is doing and proud to be a part of it. Employees and their families feel GSK values and cares for them in a way that is unique and different. Employees receive vaccinations Abu Dhabi 15

Leading Change, Responsibly I have worked for other companies before and never had something like P4P It is to keep us healthy and to keep us happy and to be more productive, isn t it? So it s not only productive at work but productive in our personal lives. Nobody does this for their employees in the industry, even Pfizer or AstraZeneca I am very proud to be a part of the GSK family... They don t leave anything for them to think about; just think about your future. Think about how you can support your patients. This is the new thinking. Families receive screening & information Ecuador Healthy People, Healthy Company, Healthy Communities Another innovation. Like choosing to publish the results of all our studies and changing the way we pay our sales force, P4P is a first for our industry and other multinational companies. P4P is changing the dialogue around health and demonstrating corporate responsibility, in communities across the globe.
