Each entry must be verified by signature of the manager or such other person authorised by the management to do so. CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY--- The following resolutions and conditions were agreed by the City of London's Licensing Sub Committee at a hearing on 26th September 2005.--- 1) The conversion of the existing licence is approved.--- 2) The following variations are
permitted: " To extend hours for the sale of alcohol from 07.30 to 02.00 to and 07.30 to 00.30.--- " To permit regulated entertainment, excluding the performance of plays, exhibition of films, provision of indoor sporting events, boxing or wrestling entertainment from 08.00 to 02.00 to.--- " To permit the provision of refreshment after 23.00 to the hour of 02.00 to and 00.30. --- " The premises may be open from 07.00 to 30 minutes after the last sale of alcohol.--- " The premises may vary either the start or the end of the permitted hours in respect of any approved licensable activity on up to 12 occasions per year as agreed with the Police and subject to Police consent where at least 10 days notice has been provided to both the Police and Licensing Authority.--- " The ancillary nature of the alcohol sales and all embedded restrictions under the Licensing Act 1964 are removed.--- 3) The sale of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment in the Courtyard should cease by 21.00 and the area to be clear by 21.30. --- 4) Noise limiters to be installed at the direction of the City of London's Director of Environmental Services and set at levels as directed by the DES in rooms and areas where amplified music can take place.--- 5) "Please Leave Quietly" notices to be placed in relevant areas of the premises.--- The Sub Committee further noted that: " The applicant will continue to ensure that all collections of glass bottles etc are removed from the premises after 09.00.--- " Dispersal arrangements of customers, including coaches, minicabs and private cars will be kept under review by the applicant. --- The following resolutions and conditions were agreed by the City of London's Licensing Sub Committee at a hearing on 17th July 2006.--- 1) The following variation is permitted: " To add boxing and wrestling to the list of licensed activities from 08.00-23.00 -.--- 2) There shall be a maximum of 750 spectators present in the Porter Tun Room during boxing and wrestling events.--- 3) White Collar Boxing Events must be held in accordance with the International White Collar Boxing Association Rules.--- 4) There shall be no more than 10 boxing and wrestling events held per calendar year.
