Objective of this study A new baseline study was conducted to establish the current state of transformation in the sector; The research will set a baseline for the amended code; The research provides recommendations to inform the Council s plans to rapidly advance the course of transformation in the tourism sector; The results of the study will be shared once the research is complete; The results of the baseline study will inform the development of the transformation strategy.
