RESOLUTION NO. 1026 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BONNEY LAKE, PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OUTLINED BY ORDINANCE 872 WITH PROCEEDS BEING DEPOSITED INTO THE DRUG FUND AS REQUIRED BY LAW. The City Council of the City of Bonney Lake, Washington, does hereby resolve that the equipment listed in the document attached as Exhibit "A" is surplus. The Finance Director is authorized to dispose of this surplus City equipment in accordance with the provisions ofblmc Chapter 3.88. PASSED by the City Council this 10th day of September, 2002. The Bonney Lake Police Department does not have a current need for the vehicle and would like to sell the vehicle at auction or to another City department who may have use for the vehicle. The proceeds must be put into the drug fund per state law.
