If such covered condition occurs and is diagnosed during the first 90 days of coverage after the policy effective date, there will be a benefit payment of 10% for Invasive Cancer or 2.5% for Cancer In Situ, and the policy will terminate. Anne s Use of the Multiple Payment Benefit Feature Anne has a Multiple Payment Benefit Feature Perhaps one of the most significant features of is the Multiple Payment Benefit. It is a feature of the policy which allows for multiple payments from the three categories (detailed in the chart below) of covered conditions. The payment of benefits under each category shall not exceed 100% of the initial benefit amount for each category.
