SERT When YRT Has Been Ceded Exclusion tests are elective tests that, if passed, let the company skip calculating Deterministic Reserve or Stochastic Reserve or both. XXX/AXXX Credit for Reinsurance Regulation NAIC is drafting an XXX/AXXX Credit for Reinsurance Model Regulation 1 that implements requirements similar to AG48, but not identical Once the new regulation is adopted by a state, AG48 would sunset in that state The model regulation is targeted for completion by the NAIC 2016 Summer meeting.
