CERTIFICATE OF FINANCIAL STATEMENT ACCURACY To: Northwest Christian Credit Union ( CREDIT UNION ) The attached document is the financial statement and/or tax return of, the undersigned, as of, and is the most recent such document prepared by or for the undersigned.
