Aaron Hagwood, CRPS Corporate Client Group Director Senior Vice President Wealth Advisor Aaron has been a Financial Advisor at Morgan Smith Barney since 1997. In 2001 Aaron & Scott started The Hagwood Tomoda Group to better serve the needs of executives, business owners & select retirees. Aaron has extensive experience in the Corporate Retirement Plan marketing and earned the Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist designation from the American College of Financial Planning. Aaron also earned the title of Corporate Client Group Director at MSSB. In addition, as a Wealth Advisor, his areas of focus extend beyond traditional investments to alternative investments, trust & estate planning and insurance planning. Morgan Stanley Smith Barney Wealth Advisors are carefully selected and required to complete an advanced education program as well as ongoing training. Aaron is a volunteer for the Junior Achievement Program and enjoys long-distance running, golf, skiing and spending time with his family. Scott Tomoda Senior Vice President Wealth Advisor Scott joined MSSB in 2000 as a Financial Advisor after completing his MBA from University of North Carolina, Kenan Flagler Business School. Scott provides comprehensive wealth management strategies to senior executives, business owners & select retirees. While broadly focused on the economy and markets, Scott is well versed in equities, fixed income, alternative investments, estate planning and insurance, helping clients to make sound investment and planning decisions. Scott draws from the intellectual capital of the firm and his experience to help clients develop appropriate asset allocation models and select some of the best investment managers. Andres Castano, CRPS Corporate Client Group Director Andres joined Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in 2006. As a member of The Hagwood Tomoda Group, he is responsible for working directly with our corporate retirement clients to design and implement an education plan that helps the needs of the participants. He is also in charge of evaluating investment managers to ensure compliance with each plan sponsors investment policy statement (IPS).Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Andres worked in the Defined Contribution divisions of DWS Investments and ADP, Inc. He earned a BS in Management with a concentration in Finance from the University of Massachusetts and holds the designation of Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist. Christine Droney, CFP, ChFC Associate Vice President Financial Advisor Originally from Maine, Christine graduated Summa Cum Laude from Northeastern University with a B.S. in Behavioral Neuroscience. She moved to Florida where she began her career with UBS Financial Services Inc and built a successful practice focusing on the financial needs and goals of retirees. Christine earned the CER- TIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM (CFP ) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC ) designations. While in Florida, Christine acted as the Branch Office Insurance Coordinator, Training Delegate in charge of training new financial advisors, and successfully graduated from the Management Training Program. She moved back to Massachusetts in 2007 and continues to service her Florida clients. In February of 2009 she joined Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and The Hagwood Tomoda 6 MORGAN STANLEY

Group, bringing her extensive knowledge of Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to Wealth Management Clients, corporate executives, and 401(k) participants. Christine lives in Needham, MA, with her husband Michael and three sons Ryan, Connor, and Liam. Patricia Phillips Senior Registered Client Service Associate Joining Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in June 2001, Tricia brings 10 years of financial industry experience to the Hagwood Tomoda Group. She is responsible for managing client requests, executing trades and processing new accounts. A 2000 graduate of Westfield State College, Tricia holds her FINRA Series 7, 66 and 31 securities licenses.
