Fengate real estate Fengate manages a significant portfolio of equity investments in Canadian commercial, residential and development real estate assets, providing optimal risk-return profiles. One cannot have a complete picture of our firm without an understanding of our deep commitment to positive social impact, to corporate responsibility, and to giving back.
