The odds of becoming the Qualifier from among the Eligible Callers who selected to receive an Entry will depend on the total number of Eligible Callers who selected to receive an Entry, but will be no worse than 1 in 264. 8. After the Draw, the Contest Sponsor, acting reasonably, will attempt to contact the Qualifier to notify the Qualifier that he or she may be eligible to attend the Event by calling the Qualifier on the phone number provided at the time he/she became a Eligible Caller. THE QUALIFIER MUST RESPOND WITHIN ONE (1) HOUR to the notification call and must comply with any instructions provided in the notification call (as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) or he/she will be disqualified. The Qualifier is solely responsible for ensuring that his/her phone settings are set so as to be able to receive notification phone calls from the Contest Sponsor and timely checking his/her phone for any such phone calls or else the Contest Sponsor may disqualify the Qualifier at its sole and absolute discretion. Proof of identification must be provided upon request. For greater certainty and the avoidance of doubt, the Qualifier will not be provided with any type of transportation or accommodation in order to attend the Event. 9. GRAND PRIZE EVENT. The Qualifier must register with a representative of the Contest Sponsor at the Grand Prize event (the Event ) in person (no stand-ins allowed for any reason) at Virgin Radio headquarters (299 Queen Street West, Toronto, ON, M5V 2Z5) between 6:00 a.m. ET and 9:00 a.m. ET on Friday, April 28, 2017. Sometime between 6:00 a.m. ET and 9:00 a.m. ET, the Qualifier will spin the Grand Prize wheel (the Wheel ) to determine what Pre-Conversion Currency will form the basis of the Conversion. The Qualifier must comply with all of the Contest Sponsor s instructions (and its representatives instructions) in the course of participating in the Event, including without limitation in the course of spinning the Wheel, failing which (as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) the Qualifier will be disqualified and will forfeit the chance to win the Grand Prize. The Qualifier must successfully spin the Wheel such that the Wheel executes a minimum of four (4) complete revolutions for the spin to be valid. If the Wheel does not execute four (4) complete revolutions (as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion), the Qualifier s spin will not be valid and the Qualifier will have to spin again for the chance to win the Grand Prize or should the Wheel stopper come to a complete stop and remain resting on a peg without completely pointing straight down into a space then the nearest space indicated by the direction in which the Wheel stopper is pointing (as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) will be deemed the selected Pre-Conversion Currency (as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). Following a valid spin, the Pre-Conversion Currency indicated by the Wheel stopper will form the basis of the Grand Prize (see above for details) and the Qualifier will be deemed the potential winner of such Grand Prize. The Wheel will include a total of
