Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Winner will be selected by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. The prize drawing will be held on or about June 9, 2014. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Prize winner will be notified by email at the email address set forth in the entrant s registration form. Potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit, Declaration or Certificate of Eligibility. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to execute and deliver, by the specified deadline, to Grace any required documents, may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes, and random selection of another entrant as the winner.
