Further, Government of Karnataka, Labour Department vide its Notification No. LD 250 LET 2006 (1) dt. 2/1/2007 published in the Karnataka Special Official Gazette Part IV-A dt.2nd January 2007 has brought out an amendment canceling Jurisdictional Powers in certain cases.
