I paid y own transportation expenses and forgot that the expenses for hotel and eals were paid by the Grter Institute which hosts the conference. I have attaqhed a stateent fro the Gruter Institute that provides the necessary details. My stay was for five nights and four days. No honorariu was paid and no registration fee was charged. Please let e know if you require any further inforation. The Gruter Institute is a 50I(c) () organization based in Portola Valley, California. The expenses for the Gruter Institute's annual Squaw Valley conference, including foop and accoodations, are funded by a grant fro the Ann & Gordon GettyDFoundation. The cost breakdown for the conference per person, per day, is as follows roo charge 6.90 tax. 00 food.60 gratuity 9.8 tax. Total per day With respect to the Gruter Institute's activities ore generally, the Institute is supported priarily by funds fro its founder, Margaret Gruter, as well as funds fro the Ann & Gordon Getty Foundation. In addition, the Gruter Institute has received funding fro various other sources including private individuals, and specific prograatic funds fro the John Tepleton Foundation and UCLASloan Foundation Research Progra on Business Organizations, and certain governental organizations.
