6 BUSINESS RESTRUCTURING Stearns Weaver Miller s Business Restructuring Department counsels clients throughout the State of Florida and has represented clients in connection with many of the state s largest bankruptcies. We have both the trial skills and the business acumen necessary to successfully resolve bankruptcy issues through negotiation or litigation. When representing creditors, particularly secured creditors in foreclosure proceedings, we do not allow the filing of bankruptcy proceedings to intimidate or delay our clients in pursuing their rights and obtaining expeditious results.
