Are they de facto relationships? This presentation will provide some of the answers: What is a de facto relationship, when will one exist and when will it start? When will simultaneous, virtual (internet-based) and surrogate mother relationships equal a de facto relationship? Short sleeves/summer tops are generally OK, but it is advisable that you bring a jacket/long sleeved top in case you need it.)
