1 TRANSFER PROCEDURE DEATH CASES VETERANS GARDENS When Next of Kin (NOK) is alive. 1. No transfer Fee will be charged (if NOK has blood relation). Only Membership Fee of Rs.5000/- & Mosque Fund of Rs.5000/- is required in the shape of Bank Draft or Pay Order, in the name of VCHS. 2. Two passport size photographs each of new transferee and his NOK (one attested on back side) by a class-i gezetted officer / Notary Public and two 1 x1 photographs for VCHS ID Card (without attestation). 3. Membership Form to be obtained from Society Rs.200/- which will be filled and submitted along with other transfer documents. 4. Application form for issue of No Demand Certificate (NDC) for transfer of Membership / File / Plot is attached. 5. Affidavit / Surrender Deed, from other heirs in favour of the NOK (specimen attached). Please make sure that all the NOKs must sign and put their thumb impressions on the Affidavit / Surrender Deed which should be Notarized by a Notary Public. 6. Three Specimen Signatures / Thumb Impression proforma (Copy attached) which will be completed in the presence of Secretary or his nominee, at the time of transfer of file / plot. 7. Undertaking by the transferee regarding payment of Taxes. 8. Proof of Relationship between the family members. Family Registration Certificate (FRC). 9. Photocopies of the CNIC of all the legal heirs, witnesses, transferee and his NOK, front & back side taken on the same side of a page (Specimen attached) duly attested by a class-i gezetted Officer / Notary Public. 10. Death Certificate of the deceased member duly attested by a class-i gezetted officer / Notary Public. 11. Inheritance Certificate / Varasat Nama (if applicable). 12. The original allotment letter should be surrendered. 13. Request for delivery / collection of transfer / allotment letter.
