The Admiralty (Jurisdiction and Settlement of Maritime Claims) Bill, SHRI NITIN GADKARI to move for leave to introduce a Bill to consolidate the laws relating to admiralty jurisdiction, legal proceedings in connection with vessels, their arrest, detention, sale and other matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. ALSO to introduce the Bill. 11. MATTERS UNDER RULE 377.
