For a Hong Kong incorporated limited company, you would need to provide: Business Registration Certificate Certificate of Incorporation Memorandum and Articles of Association Identity documents of key controllers Source of Wealth It is important to understand the origins of the funding that supports your business. For a start-up, this is likely to come from the owner.
