If you have payments which are exactly the same every month (in terms of the amount and the beneficiary), you can make life easier by creating standing orders. In order to do this: Click on the «Payment order» button, followed by «Standing orders» and then «Set up standing order». You must then choose the type of payment for which you wish to set up a standing order. - For example, a client with a medium-term project who wishes therefore to save the same sum of money each month in his savings account chooses the internal transfer. - For example, a client with an expense which is exactly the same each month (e.g. parking charges) which he needs to pay using a payment slip chooses the orange payment slip and enters the reference number indicated. - For example, a client with an account at another Swiss bank who wishes to transfer the same sum of money in CHF every month chooses the Swiss interbank transfer. - For example, a cross-border client who each month wishes to transfer x% of his salary paid in Switzerland to his account in EUR chooses the SEPA transfer. - For example, a client who has to/wishes to transfer the same sum of money each month to an account based abroad (outside the European Union) chooses the SWIFT transfer and selects a currency from among CHF/EUR/USD.
Standing orders - internal transfer Select the client number and the account to be debited. Specify the transfer amount and the preferred currency => The choice of currency is essential for foreign exchange transactions and serves as the reference currency for the payment. Select the account to be credited. The frequency may be monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly. Depending on the frequency selected, it is important to choose the maturity date.
Standing orders - Swiss payment slip with reference Select the client number and the account to be debited. Enter the details for the beneficiary of the order SURNAME/FIRST NAME/object of the order. Enter the IBAN of the account credited. Order amount CHF only. Enter the reference number given on the payment slip. The frequency may be monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly. Depending on the frequency selected, it is important to choose the maturity date.
Standing orders - Swiss interbank transfer Select the client number and the account to be debited. Enter the name of the beneficiary. Enter the beneficiary s account number (or IBAN). Enter the standing order amount in CHF only. «Message to beneficiary» corresponds to the details which will appear on the account statement (optional). «Clearing» corresponds to the code of the beneficiary s bank => this information should help you to complete the fields relating to the beneficiary s bank. This information is entered automatically once the SIC code is entered. 0 Answer Yes or No as to whether the name of the payer should appear on the beneficiary s statement. The frequency may be monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly. 0 Depending on the frequency selected, it is important to choose the maturity date. Select whether the fees are to be shared, charged to the payer or charged to the beneficiary. To help you find the clearing no./sic, you can enter the name of your beneficiary s bank, followed by the city before clicking on «Search». On the left-hand side, click on «Select» for the bank that matches your search.
Standing orders - SEPA interbank transfer Select the client number and the account to be debited. Enter the beneficiary s details. «Payment currency» is the currency received. Since the order in question is a SEPA transfer to the European Union, the currency is set by default to EUR. Base currency is the currency which will serve as the reference currency for the payment. Example: I earn CHF,000 per month and want to transfer EUR,000 to my account in France. The base currency will therefore be in EUR. If, on the other hand, I want to transfer CHF,000, I select CHF as the base currency and the equivalent amount in EUR will be transferred to my account in France. «Message to beneficiary» corresponds to the information which will appear on the account statement. The frequency may be monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly. Depending on the frequency selected, it is important to choose the maturity date.
Standing orders - SWIFT international interbank transfer Select the client number and the account to be debited. Enter the name of the beneficiary. Enter the beneficiary s account number (or IBAN). Specify the transfer amount and the preferred currency (CHF/EUR/USD) => The choice of currency is essential for foreign exchange transactions and serves as the reference currency for the payment. «Message to beneficiary» corresponds to the information which will appear on the account statement. 0 The BIC/SWIFT code is an international alphanumeric code used to identify the beneficiary s bank. If your beneficiary s bank does not have a BIC/SWIFT code, you can complete the fields opposite manually. The frequency may be monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly. Depending on the frequency selected, it is important to choose the maturity date. 0 Select whether the fees are to be shared, charged to the payer or charged to the beneficiary. To help you find the BIC/SWIFT code, you can enter the name of your beneficiary s bank, followed by the country before clicking on «Search». On the left-hand side, click on «Select» for the bank that matches your search.
