Should we encounter instances of unclear tax law, or of potential conflicts in interpretation of the law, we will outline the reasonable course of action and the risks and consequences of each. Should we feel that the course of action you choose is unreasonable, we may decline to complete your return(s). If you receive a written notice from the IRS or a state tax department for a tax return we prepared, and the issue is directly related to our work on the return, we will respond to the letter on your behalf at no cost to you.
