Mitchell) Ohio E79th Iceberg, LLC this case was heard December 09, 2015, at which time the Board granted the Appellant until February 20, 2016 to submit plans to the Building Depart-ment to obtain all required permits for abatement of the violations on the property; the property was REMANDED to the Department of Building and Housing for supervision and any required further action. Appellant states that since the hearing, on December 09, 2015, they have contacted multiple architects and design professionals to secure their services. Those discussions have resulted in only one architect who is willing to undertake the renovation project. As of February 18, 2016, Appellant has entered into an agreement with architect David Krebs with the architectural firm AODK, Inc.; stating that based on the condition of the property, satus of the drawings, and discussions with Mr. Krebs, appellant would request an Extension of Time of ninety (90) days, up to and including May 19, 2016 in which to submit a proposal to remedy the issues set forth in the condemnation order.
