Dear Mr Dickson, Thank you for your reply. I am afraid I do not fully comprehend the need for finding a "best person" to respond to my "concerns". The situation is that my now 84 year-old mother is the victim of a serious fraud undertaken by corrupt police officers, social workers, council officials and council members. Officials of Office of the Public Guardian have conspired with the fraudsters to pervert the course of justice and to defraud her. That is serious, organised crime. The only proper reaction to this is to instigate a through and transparent investigation, particularly as all the indications are that my mother's case is far from isolated. The current Minister of Justice is evading carrying out his duty, the previous Minister of Justice evaded carrying out his duty, the current CEO is evading carrying out his duty, the previous CEO evaded carrying out his duty, board members are evading carrying out their duty, Freedom of Information requests are being systematically evaded. This pattern of behaviour indicates serious malpractice being endemic in the Ministry of Justice, instigated at the highest levels. This constant evasion and prevarication indicates there is something very unwholesome going on in the Ministry of Justice regarding the assets of vulnerable people. If you disagree with my assessment, all you need to do is to allow a through and transparent investigation to put an end to these rumours. Please confirm the Minister intends to commence this investigation, preferably soonest. On 08/05/ :45, Dickson, James wrote: Mr Hofschröer I apologise for the delay in responding, I have been out of the office until today. I am currently making some enquiries as to who is the best person to respond to your below concerns. I will be in touch shortly. Regards, James

Dear Mr Dickson, May I remind you that you have yet to respond to my below? Please do so soonest. May I also ask you to remind the Minister of Justice that he has neither acknowledged nor responded to my of 2 May 2013? I would be obliged if he did so soonest. Further to your information that you have transferred this case to the Department of Education, which, as I pointed out is very surprising, as what is required here is a criminal investigation into the corrupt behaviour of officers of the Ministry of Justice, may I point out to you an article that was published in the "Guardian" not so long ago? It can be seen on: To save you the trouble of reading it in full, the essential point it makes is: "Staff at the Department for Education repeatedly destroyed official government correspondence, a freedom of information investigation has found." Would that possibly be the reason the Minister forwarded this case to the Department of Education? May I suggest that the corruption investigation overdue here should be carried out by Europol, as it seems evident that no British officials or ministers can be trusted? Looking forward to hearing from you. On 03/05/ :41, wrote: Dear Mr Dickson, Thank you for your reply. I am very grateful that the Minister of Justice has reacted so quickly here. However, he does seem to have missed the essential point: We are not in the realms of maladministration in this case, but in the realms of serious, organised crime. My mother's case is the smallest tip of a very large, very foul iceberg.

The evidence I have accumulated in the five years North Yorkshire Police, the City of York Council, York Labour Party, York Liberal Democrats and Yorkshire Conservatives have been systematically abusing my now 84 year-old, disabled mother shows that corrupt officials and politicians are targeting isolated old people, plundering their assets and getting the victims out of the way, presumably in places like Stafford Hospital. If relatives try to stop them, then they are treated like Wanda Maddocks, silenced and jailed. I have leads to show that the money being obtained by the fraudulent disposal of these assets in York is being laundered through dodgy, private care companies. I suspect what is going on here is not confined merely to York, but could well be repeated throughout the country. The fraud investigator working on this case on behalf of Lord Maginnis has accumulated a massive amount of evidence of endemic corruption in the authorities and political parties in North Yorkshire.. For a brief overview of a tiny part of this evidence, please see: Here, with reference to my mother's case, the fraud investigator states, The Barbara Hofschröer Case It has been alleged, in Parliament, that corrupt Police Officers assisted in the abuse of an old-age pensioner in which she was deceived and forced out of her home. It is further alleged that other corrupt Police Officers have ignored Force safeguarding policy and blatant misconduct by a Police Officer to protect him from arrest. Chief Constable Madgwick is currently refusing to follow the recommendations of the IPCC that the case should be re-investigated. Chief Constable Madgwick will not follow standard police policy of asking for an investigation by officers from another force. Passing an investigation into serious, organised crime to the Department of Education strikes me as being inappropriate. It needs to be put in the hands of police officers of another force, officers with sufficient integrity to act according to the law.. Counsel's opinion is that we have sufficient evidence for the successful prosecution of dozens of police officers, social workers, council officials, government officials and politicians. The offences include conspiracy to defraud, conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, misconduct in public office and harassment. Custodial sentences would be appropriate here. As this case is clearly not a matter for the Department of Education, may I ask you to refer it back to the Minister and ask him to see to it that a criminal investigation takes place?

Looking forward to hearing from you. On 03/05/ :10, Dickson, James wrote: Mr Hofschröer Thank you for your . Please be advised that this will need to be transferred to the Department of Education as the department responsible for Social Services. The DfE will respond to you in due course. Regards, James From: Sent: 03 May :57 To: GRAYLING, Chris Subject: Fwd: Barbara Hofschröer, aged 84, victim of serious crime Dear Mr Grayling, Further to the I sent you yesterday, which I note you have read and to which i look forward to receiving an answer, may I draw the below to your colleague Helen Grant, who is on record denying there is any firm evidence of official corruption in the UK. I asked her to intervene in my mother's case. I never had the courtesy of an answer, let alone action. Can you please see she finally responds to thi request to do her job? Looking forward to hearing from you. Peter Hofschröe Original Message Subject: Barbara Hofschröer, aged 84, victim of serious crime Date: Mon, 25 Mar :18:

From: To: CC: general.queries Dear Minister, I am writing to you in your role as Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Victims & the Courts at the Ministry of Justice.regarding my elderly disabled mother, who is the victim of serious crime and abuse. She has been subjected to violence, defrauded of her house, hounded from it and forced to seek refuge abroad, as it is not safe for her to live in her own home. In the five years this abuse has been going, we have tried everything possible to stop the offenders, but sadly without success. Lord Maginnis of Drumglass has kindly raised our case in Parliament several times, including: "The Hofschroer case has been on my desk for several years now. A widow in her 80s was dispossessed of her home in a way that implies collusion between certain family members and the Social Services. A son who has come to the rescue has been harried by the North Yorkshire police (that particularly dubious constabulary merits careful investigation) to the extent that he and his aged mother have been pursued through an Interpol warrant to their "refuge" in Austria. Please see: "Does anyone in authority care that social services and police in North Yorkshire have conspired in the persecution of Mrs Hofschroer and her son? Are details of dismissals, forced retirements and other shady and costly measures pertaining to North Yorkshire Police available to legislators in Parliament? " ( The criminals abusing my mother include police officers and social workers. As such, nobody in authority is prepared to lift a finger to stop this crime. Is there anything you can do the restore the rule of law to North Yorkshire?
