2 Product Overview Indiabulls Ventures in-house trading platform is one of the fastest and most efficient trading platforms. Indiabulls has always been at the forefront of introducing new products and features in its Online Trading Platform to provide a more evolved trading experience to its clients. To this end, Indiabulls wishes to introduce a new Mobile Trading application Shubh that allows the clients to trade on data services via mobile phones connections at faster speed. The platform provides most of the important features of a normal trading platform like market rates, order book, order entry screen, Order modification/deletion, account reports on a smaller customized interface, thus reducing the bandwidth requirements. The platform runs on the same infrastructure as our Power Indiabulls and the database is also common which has same well defined Access Controls and thus the records maintained in electronic form are not susceptible to any manipulation. Indiabulls Clients will be able to download the exe from from the respective play stores: App Store (Apple) and Google Play Store (Android). Only authorized Indiabulls clients will be able to log in to Shubh. They will be required to provide their user ids and passwords to log onto the system during the first login of the day. Additionally client would be asked to provide their second level Authentication before they can place any fresh or modification order request through the system. The Two factor authentication relies on something that the client knows and something that he has and adds a second layer to the account security. Other information Platforms: Shubh V1.0.0 is targeted at IOS and Android smart phones and tablets and other mobile devices. Look and Feel The application has been redesigned in Hybrid cross platform environment with a complete change in look and feel. Features and Functionalities The platform offers Equity, Equity Derivatives and Currency Derivatives for NSE. The application identifies the segment permissions, in the background to provide the respective access. Version details The mobile app Shubh will be launched with Version

3 Login to Shubh The authorized Indiabulls clients will be able to access Shubh through mobile data, wifi or any other data services via mobile device. The authorized clients will have to enter their user id, login password & 2FA to access the App. Password Guidelines The Password policies of the app includes: Client ID and password should not be same. The new password should not be same as the current password. Password must be at least 8 characters and a maximum of 12 characters. Password should not be all alphabets or all numbers and should contain a mix of alphabets(a-z/a-z),numbers(0-9) and atleast one special character(except '<' and '>'). Password should not contain white spaces. Please do not keep your password written down at any place, always keep it committed to memory. Password will automatically expire after 90 calendar days. TPIN based Login Authentication

4 TPIN will be used as second level authentication to access the APP. user needs follow the below steps for registering TPIN: To avail this facility, Client needs to login with Client Id/ Id, Login Password and PAN and would be asked to register the Device. On selecting Register the device, client would be asked for enabling the device access security settings. The device should be secured by PIN, password, Biometric, Pattern lock etc. If the security feature of the device is enabled, and client has opted to Register the device then an OTP would be sent to client s registered mobile number. Client has to enter correct OTP and will be taken to Generate TPIN screen to complete the Device registration process. IVL clients will be required to provide their user ids, passwords and 2FA to log onto the system during the first login of the day and the subsequent login for the day would be based on TPIN. Guidelines for creating TPIN are as follows: TPIN Should contain 4 digits All digits cannot be the same. For e.g , 1111, TPIN cannot be a series of ascending or descending digits. For e.g , 4321, New TPIN should not be same as the current TPIN. TPIN will automatically expire after 90 calendar days. Trouble Logging in: Forgot/Reset Password Forgot/Reset TPIN Retrieve Client id Unlock Account Re-activate Dormant Account Home Screen Once user successfully logs in to the app, the Pre-defined Watchlist will be visible to the user.

5 Main Menu Once the user logs in to the app, The home screen will have the following options in the main menu. Market: Provides a summary of essential data for equity markets like Market Overview, Market Statistics, Ideas, News & events and Recent IPOs. Watchlist: This option allows the client to manage Watchlist, access the streaming quotes where the Client can view the details of the added scrip(s) like LTP, % Change, net change etc. The client can also access the option to view the scrip details, order entry, set alert etc. Get Quote: Client can search for stocks/contracts in CM, F&O and CDS segments and proceed to order entry, Scrip details and add to Watchlist with the selection. Dashboard:This is the app s landing page. It provides users with all the essential information such as net portfolio value, number of stock holdings that are gainers/ losers, order entry, summary of margin utilized, margin available, and fund details More Menu: From this option clients can view their profile details, access My Order, My Trades, Net Positions, Margins, Manage Funds, Exchange Massages etc.

6 Market Watch/Watchlist Market Watch Window displays the live streaming quotes of the selected scrip(s). This will display the details of the scrip like LTP, %Change, net change. UI will also display the effect of the change in price via red-green theme. There will be two kinds of Market Watch: Custom and Predefined. Predefined Watchlist: will cover important index wise scrip(s) and my portfolio Custom Watchlist: will allow the user to create custom market watch, search & add scrip(s), delete already added scrip(s). View market watch: User can simply Select Watchlist from dropdown list All the respective scrip(s) for the market watch will be displayed along with details: Scrip name, LTP, net change and % change along with the red/green color theme for showing the price change effect. For Custom market watch, user can add/delete scrip(s) to/from the list. User can tap on a ticker to proceed to Scrip details, Order Entry screen for the selected scrip.

7 Get Quote Get Quote allows user to search for scrip(s)/contracts for Capital Market, F&O segment and Currency Derivatives Segment consecutively view the details of the selected scrip and place the order for buy/sell from order entry screen. Search Scrip-Equity Select the segment: Equity Search for scrip/company: Scrip search will provide predictive search with symbol, LTP, %Change and Net Change. Tap on Scrip name or click on respective action button. Search Scrip-F&O Select the segment: F&O Search for Contracts: Scrip search will provide predictive search with symbol, LTP, %Change and Net Change. User will select the Instrument type: Future/Option User will select the Expiry Date Option Type (Only for Options) : Call/Put

8 User will select Strike Price (Only for Options) : Strike Price will provide predictive search Tap on Scrip name or click on respective action button Search Scrip-Currency Select the segment: Currency Search for Contracts: Scrip search will provide predictive search with symbol, LTP, %Change and Net Change. User will select the Instrument type: Future/Option/SPOT User will select the Expiry Date Option Type (Only for Options) : Call/Put User will select Strike Price (Only for Options) : Strike Price will provide predictive search Tap on Scrip name or click on respective action button

9 Scrip Info: Scrip info Screen allow you to view following details of respective scrip/contract for Equity, F&O and Currency Derivative segment. Scrip name/ Contract Name Company Name Option to toggle between exchange Last Traded Price Price change from previous close (with color coding to reflect + or change) % price change from previous close (with color coding to reflect + or change) Last updated time Data points under overview tab including OHLC, 52wk high and low, lower/upper circuit, volume, Average traded price, best bid and ask prices, margin per lot, initial margin, exposure margin, open interest, % open interest, lot size, market cap and Beta.

10 Following tabs are viewable in equity scrip info page: Overview tab Shows essential data points for the scrip Charts Price/Time charts for the selected scrip for the Intraday and Historical. Market Depth Displays total buy and sell quantities, also displays 5 data points each for total buy orders, corresponding buy quantity and price; total sell orders, corresponding sell quantity and price.

11 Technicals Displays 3 resistance levels, 3 support levels and a pivot point Fundamentals Includes following fields Company name, full year NP var %, Face value, Dividend %, Sales Turnover, Net Profit, EPS, Industry, Book Value, Networth, NSE Price, BSE Price, Market Cap, Full Year Operating Profit Margin, Full Year Gross Profit Margin, Price value to book value ratio Key ratios Data points for past 5 years for Debt-equity ratio, current ratio, fixed assets, interest cover ratio, PBITM %, ROCE %, PE, PBV, Dividend Yield News Headlines for the particular scrip Corporate Actions It provides information on various Corporate Actions taken by companies during the year that could affect their investors. It includes Split, Bonus, Dividend, AGM, Buyback etc with details Book Closure Date, No Delivery Date, Record Date and Ex-Date of the particular corporate. Security Info Includes following data points Exchange symbol, Category, Scrip Code, Series, Margin Trading (Allowed or not allowed), Intraday Trading (allowed or not allowed) Company Name, Tick Size, Freeze Qty, DPR, Ex Date, Face Value, Remarks, ISIN Code

12 Ideas tab Includes research calls for fundamentals, technical with filters for types of calls. Order Entry Buy/ Sell buttons available on Get Quote, Scrip Info and Watchlist screen allows user to place orders for selected scrip(s)/contracts in respective segments like Capital Market, F&O segment and Currency Derivatives. Equity Order Entry will have pre-filled, non-editable fields for the selected scrip: Scrip, Exchange, LTP, Net Change, % Change. Buy/Sell: - Pre-selected transaction type which indicates whether the window is a buy order window or a sell order window Product Type - Next, you need to choose the product type. For delivery based orders, choose 'Cash'. To trade scrip from your Margin Trading account, choose 'Margin' option. Else, to trade the given scrip for the current day only, choose 'Intraday' option. Quantity: - The user can enter the no. of quantity in this field that is to be bought or sold. Price (INR):- The user can enter the price, if the order type chosen as limit in this field. Order Type: The user can select Order Type as Limit and Market. If Limit is selected, user needs to enter the price in price field. If Order type is selected as Market, the price field would be disabled. Validity: - The user would be given an option to choose the order validity i.e. Day order or IOC order.

13 Dis. Qty: -This field allows the user to enter the disclosed quantity for the selected scrip. Trigger Price (INR):-The user would be given an option to enter the stop loss price of the order. Equity Derivatives-F&O Order Entry will have pre-filled, non-editable fields for the selected Contract: Contract with Expiry option type & Strike Price, Exchange, LTP, Net Change, % Change. Buy/Sell: - Pre-selected transaction type which indicates whether the window is a buy order window or a sell order window Product Type - you need to choose the product type to trade the given Contract for the current day only, choose 'Intraday' option, else select Carry Forward. 15 Transaction Reports Transaction reports such as My Orders, My Trades, Net Positions, Margin reports are viewable under More Menu. My Orders: My Orders reports allows clients to search for orders placed in the current day in Equity, F&O and CDS. User will have following action buttons for outstanding orders:

16 Modify: The application proceeds to the order entry screen with prefilled details, user can modify fields such as quantity, price, disclosed qty, Order Type and trigger price. Cancel: The request for order deletion is sent to the exchange.

17 Order Logs: User can proceed to the Order Log report for an order by selecting in the expanded view. My Trades: The trades report displays the log of all trades that have been executed in Equity, Future and Option and Currency Derivatives segment. User can filter via: Exchange

18 Buy-Sell Date Net Portfolio: The Net Portfolio report displays the scrip wise summary of all the securities that are available in Indiabulls DP and Margin Trading accounts in Equity segment. The User needs to click on respective tab to view stocks available under Cash & Margin.

19 Net Positions: This report displays a summary of all open positions trades details in Equity, Equity Derivatives and Currency Derivatives segment with separate head. The report shows the complete details of open positions, Avg. Price, unreleased Profit/Loss, Booked profit and Loss. User will following actionable in this report: Square Off Open Positions: Client can square off open positions in respective segment by clicking this option. It will take you to order entry screen with prefilled details like, Scrip/Contract, Price, Qty etc. Transfer Open Positions: This option allows user to convert product from Cash to Intraday and vice-versa in Equity, Carry forward to Intraday and vice-versa in F&O and CDS.

20 Margin Report: Displays information about Margin Availability and Margin Utilization in two separate sections. Margin Available reflects the total amount available to the client for trading in various segments of the market.

28 Transfer Funds: Transfer Funds allows users to transfer funds from their linked bank accounts to their Indiabulls trading account via payment gateways/upi. Withdraw Funds: Withdraw Funds allows users to withdraw funds from their Indiabulls trading account to their linked bank accounts. Change Password: Change Password allows users to change their login password and TPIN.

29 Exchange Messages & Notifications: This window will flash the messages received from exchanges for equity, F&O and Currency trading and other alerts as required like Trade Confirmation and Order Confirmation messages. 30 Logout: User will be able to logout of the application by tapping on the Logout button in the more menu.
