3 MT4 App What is a trade call A trade call is a trade setup, including buy or sell levels with take profit and stop loss. This service provides a simple and effective way to trade and make money from a mobile device. Our trade call service incorporates three strategies; astro trading, technical and indicator based. Astro is provided by two traders with whom we have an agreement to offer their calls for a lowered rate. The technical and indicator based systems cover more products and are FTU services. We will indicate from whence the source derived and will also encourage as to the strength occasionally, for example if both astro traders provide a trade call for the same direction on the same product we tend to find the probability of a winning trade is higher. We also offer trade sizes as a benchmark to gauge your potential risk. An example would be a trade call for GBPUSD is sent at 0.04 lots for every 2k. This means for every 2k equity in your trading account, trade 0.04 lots. If you have 10k in your trading account you may trade 0.2 lots or lower, however trading higher risk and not observing trade calls carefully can lead to greater losses. Key notes: 1 - The expectation is for our clients to spend no more than 20 minutes a day trading. 2 - We aim to provide out best setups and take all the hard work out of analysis. 9 MT4 App Connectivity and support Connection issues and trading conditions 1 - If connection is lost, be sure to check other mobile device functions to eliminate causes. Occasionally the brokerage servers refresh which could be the reason for no connection or no price feed. More than 5 minutes is excessive, at this stage contact your broker via online chat or use skype to call them directly. Be sure all local causes have been thoroughly tested. Please do not contact FTU for advice and queries on downtime of brokerages, we may not be trading with the same broker or with the same data service. In many cases the downtime is a local issue, restart routers or check mobile data, Wi-Fi settings. 2 - We may encourage clients to use specific brokerages, however our primary reason for suggesting specific brokerage services is due to safety and transparency of products and services.
