3 Page 3 Stock Corner: 1. The board of Fortis Healthcare on Tuesday mutually terminated Munjal-Burman's offer and decided to call for fresh bids for sale of the company. The board invited interested parties to submit fresh expression of interest (EOI) by May 31. Based on the EOI submitted, the Board will shortlist the bidders on June Coal India on Tuesday reported a fall of over 52 percent in the net profit for March quarter at Rs 1,295 crore. The company had posted a profit of Rs 2,919 crore for the corresponding quarter of last year. Its revenues fell 16 percent at Rs 26,909 crore against Rs 23,243 crore year on year. 3.
