Transfer System The Share and Debenture Transfer Committee of the Company generally meets every week for approving share transfers. The processing activities with respect to requests received for share transfer are normally completed within 7 working days from the date of receipt of request. Dematerialisation of Shares and Liquidity The shares of the Company are compulsorily traded in dematerialised form and are available for trading under both the Depository Systems in India - NSDL (National Securities Depository Limited) and CDSL [Central Depository Services (India) Limited]. As on 31st March, 2002, a total of 14,47,56,790 shares of the Company, which forms 58.98% of the Share Capital, stand dematerialised. The processing activities with respect to the requests received for dematerialisation are normally completed within 3 working days from the date of receipt of request. Under the Depository System, the International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) allotted to the Company s Shares is INE154A Shareholder Complaints The Company received 294 complaints during the financial year ended 31st March, 2002 and none of the complaints received are pending as on date.
