4 Page2 President Ootober 8, 2015 CORPORATE PROFILE AND 5 YEAR BUSINESS PROJECTIONS Vip Rubber Company Incorporated has been in business since We have three manufacturing locations in Califomia with annual revenues of over thirty million, We have approximately one hundred and eighty employees, Management is second generation and a third generation has be selected for leadership and currently serves as Vice-President. We have been researching various locations to move our business as California is not business fi'iendly. The states considered have been Texas, Utah, Arizona and Nevada. The incentives and business friendly environment as pointed out by Stan 1110mas and Danny Campos have convince me that Nevada is the best location for my business, The current plan is to move the Plastic Extrusion Division to Minden and operate there for a trial period. If all goes well then the other divisions will move to additionallocatiolls in Minden 01' near proximity. The divisions that are not moving at this time are Aircraft, sheet goods, molding and fabrication. Our goal is to increase sales by 10% per year and we are on schedule to meet 01' exceed that goal. Over the next five years we would expect to bring an additional 150 jobs to the Northem Nevada area. We are a seasoned employer who provides health insurance for both the employee and his family. This insurance includes vision and dental. We have a 40 IK plan and give contributions al1l1ually. We give life insurance, tuition assistance for approved study and opportunities for advancement. Plastic extrusion produces a vely small waste stream, Plastic is recyclable and unless contaminated will not be discarded. Water for cooling is recycled and is not sent down the drain. Tins will have a small footprint on local services. Plastic Ext111sion does use a lot of energy and this is a selling point in moving my business to Nevada. Vip Rubber Company, Incorporated is engaged in the coliumullty that we operate. We SUppOlt all of the service groups and notably "Rosie's Garage". Readers Digest reported about this educational opportunity for minority leal11crs located in La Habra.
