1 Online Services Quick start guide This short guide gives you an overview of Online Services, our administration system, including the different functions available. More detailed information about the system can be found in the Operational Guide available when you log into Online Services, or by clicking on the symbols on screen. For people, not profit
2 The login screen You ll receive login details by once you ve registered online. Log in to Online Services by clicking the link in your or visiting You will be asked to choose a new password when you first log in. You can navigate to each of the following screens via the left-hand menu, once you ve logged into Online Services. My Accounts This shows a summary of your accounts and login details that have been issued to registered users. From this page, you can access each of your Admin Accounts.
3 Home This is the home page for each Admin Account you are administering. The page displays any actions on that account you are required to complete, as well as any new notifications about the system.
4 File Upload This screen is where you submit employee and/or employer pension contributions data. If you re uploading your files for the first time, we highly recommend you use the training mode, as this allows you to safely check the file format and content. continued
5 (File Upload continued) Process joiners and leavers You can let us know of any new Scheme members and Scheme leavers through File Upload. Reports Throughout the File Upload process, various reports can be downloaded, including File Upload errors, duplicate records and progress reports.
6 Make a Payment At the end of the File Upload process, you can initiate your payment of pension contributions by entering the amount here. You can also change the date we should collect the payment if you d prefer for us not to take it at the earliest possible date (three days after the file submission). Xxxxx Xxxx
7 Account Transactions Here you can view credits, debits and your account balance as well as payment schedules for uploaded files.
8 Account Details This screen allows you to view or amend your company information including contact details. Information on the pension contribution levels and enrolled employees can be found under the employees section. Actions Required This shows you actions you are required to take for the Admin Account, such as any overdue payments, missing employee details and opt-outs which need to be processed.
9 Refund Credit Balance Here you can arrange for any credit balance to be returned to your company s bank account. Help Videos Short videos are available on this page to guide you through the functionality of Online Services, along with a full operational guide. Log into Online Services at
10 For people, not profit B&CE is a not-for-profit organisation, which operates for the benefit of its members and their dependants. Established in 1942 and founded in construction, B&CE s current offerings include a workplace pension, employee accident cover, employee life cover and employee healthcare. Today it manages assets of 2.2 billion, with 2.7 million members and provides financial benefits to over 900,000 active individuals on behalf of over 12,000 corporate accounts. (Information correct as of 30 September 2014.) For over 30 years, B&CE has been providing workplace pensions to employers with transient, low to moderate earning workforces, both large and small. B&CE has been operating a form of automatic enrolment for over ten years through its stakeholder product. In November 2011, B&CE announced details of The People s Pension, as an additional product to assist employers in complying with their automatic enrolment duties. The People s Pension is a flexible and portable workplace pension scheme designed for people, not profit and is suitable for any organisation, large or small, in any sector. B&CE has won a number of awards, as the provider of The People s Pension, including DC Provider of Year at the UK Pensions Awards 2014, Best Master Trust Provider at the 2014 Pension and Investment Provider Awards (PIPAs), Auto-Enrolment Provider of the Year at the UK Pensions Awards 2013 and best DC Master Trust at the 2013 PIPAs.
