The new angle grinders are fitted with an OPC UA interface as standard in order to be able to connect with the other machinery. The new WWBs achieve an enormous increase in output compared to their predecessors. The machines are compared based on throughput (t/h) with a hole plate diameter (HP) specified in mm. However, the actual output increase depends on the material and may vary. Hygienic Design The new hygienic design of LASKA machines is the answer to the consumer s demand for more stringent hygiene stipulations. The cleaning possibilities are now easier and save time. Double-sealed Wherever food is conveyed and processed, the machine room is double-sealed. Both on the drive side and the product side. The intermediate room is easy to clean from the outside using a hose. In the food processing industry, only one thing is more important than taste: impeccable hygiene. We make your challenge ours and think about how we can fulfil the hygiene standards whilst developing the machine, before they are prescribed by law. For the new WWBs, EHEDG-certified components ensure safety and impeccable food quality. Easily and thoroughly cleaned All parts are accessible and easy to clean. The feed screw can be removed easily for cleaning in a few simple steps. Hygienic surfaces LASKA only fits polished surfaces; bacteria don t stand a chance here. Surfaces are also chamfered so that water can run off after cleaning and the machine remains clean without any residues. Base feet without thread Instead of a thread, the base feet are now smooth in order to prevent any possible impurities. Interior hinges All hinges are fitted on the inside.
