2 CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION (CPE) SunGard iworks sessions allow you to earn CPE credits. In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE sponsors, CPE credits will be granted based on a 50-minute hour. Training sessions vary in level of difficulty and course objectives. For each program, please note that the course description, learning objectives, level of difficulty, pre-requisites, advance preparation, recommended CPE hours, delivery method, and who should attend is clearly stated. SunGard iworks is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. 5 EAS VERSION 12.0 UPGRADE TRAINING This two-day program provides an overview of the functional differences between EAS Releases. Depending upon your upgrade path, unique topics for each customer implementation are discussed. Sessions are customized to focus on key differences between versions and enhanced workflows that will be utilized by clients as part of their financial accounting process. A demo database will be utilized. Due Date, Program Fees and Travel Expenses: Reservations must be received one week in advance of training date and are accepted on a space-available basis. Prices shown cover training program participation. If instructor travel is required for private training programs, expenses will be billed for reimbursement following the session. Training programs must be utilized within one year of purchase date. Registration Confirmation: You must own the applicable product to participate in a training program. Registration in a specific program is not firm until you have received a confirmation from the Training Development team. Substitution Policy: Substitutions can be made at any time, please reply to your confirmation with updated attendee information. Customer Cancellation Policy: SunGard will reschedule your training if the request is received at least 4 weeks prior to the start of your training program. If you are unable to attend the session you registered for, prepaid fees after the cancellation penalty can be applied towards a future class. Any cancellation notice received less than 4 weeks prior to the start of the confirmed training program will be subject to the following policy: Between 2 and 4 weeks prior Between 1 and 2 weeks prior Less than 1 week prior 50% penalty (of your total training fee) 75% penalty (of your total training fee) 100% penalty (total training fee) SunGard s Regional or Group Training Cancellation Policy: SunGard reserves the right to cancel a regional training, if SunGard deems that there is insufficient attendance to justify holding the class. Customer will be notified of cancellation with as much notice as possible, but no less than 2 weeks prior to the training. If the group program is cancelled, and the customer elects to hold the training privately at their location, then the customer will be responsible for any difference in training fee plus consultant travel expenses.
