The AMP was apprved April 27, 2010 and mved riginating peratins fr the ZIP Cde 260 t Pittsburgh, PA P&DC withut mdificatins t the perating plan. The transfer f vlumes t the Pittsburgh, PA P&DC was cmpleted n June 1, The Wheeling PO is a leased facility lcated apprximately 64 miles frm the Pittsburgh, PA P&DC.
