Corporation entered into a new contract with United Healthcare effective September, 21. The EMPLOYEES As of December 31, 21, there are currently approximately 9, total employees within the System, consisting of approximately 7, full-time employees and 2,2 total nurses, comprising approximately 1,6 full-time employees. No employees are presently represented by a labor union and management of the System is not aware of any current union organizing activities among its employees. The System has no current material shortages of professional, technical or clinical employees. The System characterizes its relationship with its employees as good.
