Collaborative Committee 2. Inclusive & Timely 3. Transparent Must adhere to approved uses Fixed Tuition Program System Office Resident UG no increase allowed Non-resident UG market increases allowed Consultation with affected students Nine explicit factors BEFORE asking for an increase Graduate and professional schools shall continue to establish rates consistent with each program s unique market and academic requirements while increasing excellence and ensuring access Market & academic derived increases allowed Justification required to request increases Page 3 Fee review committee (with broad representation) Recommendation to the Chancellor Chancellor recommendation to BOT Charged only for limited, dedicated purposes Not used to defray the costs of general academic and adm. operations Keep low as possible, while providing revenues needed to support specific service Fee and Tuition rates combined: o Res.
