10 Remarks (if any): Note 1: Reference is made to the announcements of the Company dated 14 May 2018, 24 July 2018, 2 August 2018 and 16 August 2018 and the offer document by offeror dated 5 July Pursuant to the Liming takeover, 50.5% of the outstanding options, which amounted to 100,323,140 options have been cancelled. Further, the consideration for 28,107,797 upon exercise of the option was satisfied by the cancellation of 62,283,521options.
